I've been training with Holly for almost 2 years now, initially to get fit for a trek, but now I couldn't do without her. I get so much out of the training sessions; motivation, inspiration to focus my efforts and a sense of achievement when I see the results. She's always there encouraging me, she's even been known to text me to motivate and keep me on track.

She's invaluable, not only from a fitness point of view, but also the nutritional advice I get on what to put into my body to get the right results. She listens to my goals, whether it's keeping in shape, building up arm muscles like Madonna (a particular favourite of mine - no bingo wings for me!) or weight loss; she then tailors the sessions around these goals. They are always fun and varied.

Recently she lent me a Ki Fit armband to monitor, literally, my every move. It recorded my activity, steps, calories eaten and burnt, even my hours sleeping. It provided a fascinating insight into my lifestyle and it's a great tool to help to understand what is needed to effect change whether it's fitness or weight loss. I think everyone needs a Holly to help inspire them!"
