Holly Pannett has been the drive and motivator for her varied clientele, unleashing unlimited energy and enthusiasm with 8 years experience in personal training. Holly completed her Bachelor of Sport and Recreation in New Zealand and since arriving in London, has shared her strategies to creating optimal health, longevity and fantastic physiques.

Holly continued her professional development by completing her Post graduate study in Nutrition and Chinese food energetics at the London Collage of Traditional Acupuncture and this year has also completed her Masters in Nutrition, specialising in central fat distribution and stress.

This research has kept Holly at the forefront in nutritional development and is currently awaiting publication in several medical journals.
